smittywing downtown tonight for dinner and wandering about and general t00bing, SGAstyle. She's as charming as I remember and I'm very glad she's local now.
A pic from the metro - not nearly as cool as the Rise of the Robots Skytrain Party, but I was amused.

And while I'm uploading pics from off of my phone, ( a long-promised snap of the local Discovery building shark from during Shark Week. Managed to get a decent shot of it this year, yay! )
Also, I love my LJ friends. You know that, but it bears repeating. ♥
And OMG new job tomorrow! Whee!
