Absolutely giddy music post

OMG the Weakerthans show last night! They are so amazing, and they were so TIGHT, and they were having so much FUN and, really, it was absolutely perfect - most fun and glorious and perfect show I've been to in years. The set was mostly from Reconstruction Site and Reunion Tour with a smattering of offerings from Fallow and Left & Leaving and omg, everybody was singing so beautifully to "Left & Leaving" and it was just one of those beautiful concert moments. The club was full but not packed, and I am a wee bit more in crush with John K. Samson, and before last night I really wasn't sure that was possible. And FANTASTIC merch, too, so I got a bit of a shopping high off of the little buttons and t-shirts that were curling themed, hence the icon. ♥ ♥ ♥

Why is everybody not loving this band more? Am I going to have to pimp you ALL in?!
