A sad end to a crappy day

As of this afternoon, O (age 8.5) knows the truth about the tooth fairy. It's hard to tell them the truth, even when they explicitly ask for it. I feel like I just took something beautiful and innocent and filled with whimsy away from him.

He did like looking at his old baby teeth, though.

No sign yet if he'll use that information to draw logical conclusions about other mythological figures that bear presents and chocolate.

So, see, Marc was away last week. I was lonely. I was bored. I was... reading Jack/Ianto. LOOK, I CAN'T HELP IT! I am not made of stone, I have a ridiculous fangirlcrush on Ianto just like everybody else and Jack is just so v. Jack-like and, just, just, DON'T JUDGE ME!

You should so not judge me, in fact, that you should rec me any that you've read and liked, because I'm not finding anything I find particularly satisfying or wonderful.

Also, I want Ianto icons. Maybe from that cheeky "he cheats, he always cheats" smile or something from 2x12. *goes icon shopping*
