NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!

Seriously, this episode brings this season to a whole new level of disaster. I am so uninterested in several of the people who are still left. I just...no.

I DON'T GET IT. I don't get where they're going with all this. At this rate, the final three is going to be Angela, Jeffrey, and Vincent, and then I will have to gouge out my own eyes.

And did you SEE that Tim's podcast isn't going to be up until "much later tonight"? God, for THIS one, I can't WAIT to get Tim's Take. *cries*

Seriously, I just - it's a whole fucking WORLD of crazy. And baby #6? I will just add it to the pile? I swear to god, it's like bizarro!PR.

Oh, boo on the podcast wait. I love that Tim is being less and less diplomatic; but then, it gets more and more ridiculous.

I really think those three are going to HAVE to go. There's zero justification for Uli or Michael leaving, and really, Laura sews so well that it's hard to see her going for a while, since they always choose poorly sewn over ugly for the outing. Or, usually. Things have gone so poorly lately that it's hard to say there's any real rule.

Yeah, I can't quite imagine going "Six kids? OK." God, they must be rich as hell.

Jeffrey was *such an asshole,* plus his dress SUCKED -- choir robe on crack. Robert's was boring, sure, but I would at least be caught dead in it, and he was indifferent to his client rather than actively hostile.

Uli should have won -- her outfit was fucking gorgeous, whereas Vincent's was ... meh.

And how much do I love Kayne picking based on the actual woman he was supposed to design for, rather than picking the easiest figure? (I mean, sure, it wasn't a successful design, but he made a good effort.)

I'm just pleased they actually got some different figures in there for them, and the fact that most of them were plus-sized makes my day. You should have seen me squee. ;)

Jeffrey is ALWAYS a dick, and Angela's mother's "woe, me" attitude pushed all my buttons related to women who act weak & weepy to emotionally manipulate a situation, so I was actually on his side on this one. Plus, I was irritated that she was all "I never WEAR blue!" when she was wearing a blue sweater. So she bugged me, so yeah - his dress was really kind of horrible, but her attitude was worse, IMO.

Kayne is just a winner. Heart of gold, that one, and I love him. Seeing Jeffrey all broken up over Robert leaving was tough - and I definitely related. I was a little disappointed by Kayne's outfit - one minute they were talking rhinestones and the next she was wearing capri pants with a coral top? I'm not sure how we got there.

I will never understand how Vincent beat Uli in that challenge. I will never understand why they keep Vincent around. I will never understand how Laura has six children.

I hoped last week when they said it was about "real women" that we would get to see moms. It was fantastic.

My thoughts exactly! Although you said it a lot better (damn linguists). ;) I just hated everything about her!

I was never partial to Robert as a designer, to be honest. I adore him as an individual - what a lovely man, yes? But, you know, I can't say I'm surprised really. I will be surprised if Jeffrey makes it to the top three (but, of course, who knows? There is that great WTF known to the world as Wendy Pepper).

While I would have done something different with the collar on Vincent's dress, I thought overall it was a good design. I also loved Uli's - she really is talented with prints.

And Oh. My. GOD. I really love this silk wraparound skirt by Kara Janx from S2. I MUST HAVE ONE (but, not gonna pay $350 for it, so it's a good thing I just bought a new pedal for my sewing machine from eBay)

I mean, as a viewer? I just don't want to spend a whole lot more time with Vincent, Angela and Jeffrey. I don't like their clothes and I don't like their personas and so I'm left here going WHY OMG WHY?

On the other hand, maybe we'll luck out and this will make the last set of eliminations rather easy. It's hard to see how Uli or Michael could fail to make the final three at this point, so it's just filling that third slot that becomes tough.

I LOVE Kara's clothes. I want one of the black/green kimono dresses like mad, and one of these days I'm going to feel saucy enough to click "buy". FanTAStic skirt, too, but $350 IS a bit steep. If you start taking orders for awesome wrap skirts, let me know. :D

I get what you're saying, absolutely. Although, you know, I kinda like Angela now. I didn't at first, but there's something about her that I find mildly endearing. I think it's that (so far) she has not displayed outright meaness, which Jeffrey so totally has. Even Vincent doesn't seem to be mean and elitist and cruel like Jeffrey. I have liked several of Angela's designs, actually, in particular her Audrey Hepburn-esque dress (with fleurchons!)

I would really love to see both Uli and Michael show a complete line of clothing. Hmm, I guess if I had to pick someone else at this point . . . I would actually like to see what Kayne could do. (Oh, Kayne? Those cannot be his real cheekbones, but he wears them well)

I will definitely let you know! I think that design in particular could be very flattering for a plus-size (such as myself) if paired with a simple, sleek, form-fitting top. In black? Tres chic!

Although I truly liked his design last week, I was so hoping Jeffrey would bounce out the door tonight. And Vincent is -- just -- how is he still there?? How did that ugly-ass collar *win*?

Angela's a nut, but she's not a malicious one -- and when you see how passive-aggressive her mom is, she actually comes out looking a lot better.

Michael, however, is a god, and I love him very, very much.

If you figure out how to make that skirt, let me know how easy it is. For that, I might be willing to give it a try, even though sewing is like pulling teeth.

I need to go buy this month's edition of Elle, because that skirt is featured in it (there's a PR layout in it, actually). I think I could recreate the effect with a regular wraparound skirt pattern with an adjusted/elongated waist and enlarged "ties" (as opposed to string-like ties that most wraparound skirts have). Probably the most challenging aspect would be adjusting the waist length.

Sewing just takes a lot of practice!

Oh no! I haven't gotten a chance to watch it yet (I fell asleep about 15 minutes before it started)!

Now I'm all nervous.

Seriously, they still haven't kicked Vincent off? Wtf?
